We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations. Additional countries may become available in the future.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days

International Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Complimentary UAE shipping is available on orders above AED 600.

Shipping fees for orders below this amount and international destinations are calculated during checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
