Returns

We accept returns for eligible resortwear items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and hygiene protections attached, and returned in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, swimsuits, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, swimsuits, and intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and customised items are also non-returnable.

Sale Items

Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been accepted.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
