Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in their original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, washing, or damage.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, and intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale Items
Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another size or style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
